Stephen W. Seal
Over 32 Years of Executive/C-level Experience!


Mr. Stephen Seal has spent over 32 years developing a career in Executive (C level) Management (CEO, President, Senior Director) and Business Development in the US and abroad with a specialty in overseeing national\global sales and marketing departments.

  After college and for 18 years Mr. Seal worked in the financial services industry evolving to Senior level Management in each company he represented as well as attaining a partnership stake in one of DC's largest Insurance and Financial Planning brokerages.

  While in the financial services industry, Mr. Seal wore just about every hat possible from insurance agent, sales manager, group/employee benefits specialist, General Agent, Master General Agent, Wholesaler, Registered Products representative, Registered Investment Advisory sales, Wealth and Estate Planning portfolio management and Hedge Fund Product management. He capped off this career representing one of the world’s leading hedge funds out of London exclusively to US based investors and institutional investment groups.

  In 1998 Mr. Seal founded RainMaker Solutions Ltd., a consulting firm specializing in business development, national expansion, funding/capitalization and managed exit strategies for small, closely held companies nationwide. RainMaker Solutions created, implemented and managed every facet of sales and marketing for its clients and represented over 35 industries\verticals.

  The firm grew from a 1 man office to 7 offices nationwide in major markets and another 5 sub- contractor offices in secondary markets, all overseen by Managing Directors and a staff of junior consultants representing clients nationwide.

  As this firm evolved, Mr. Seal created his proprietary 3S Success System: Systems lead to Staffing which leads to Sales. Specific areas of focus are Sales Management, Marketing Management, Business Model Replication, Funding and Capitalization for small business owners and Exit strategies for closely held businesses. The client profile of Rainmaker Solutions was a closely held business, many times family owned or 1-3 partners who were experts in their industry as technicians but may not have been excellent business managers. Mr. Seal brought this expertise to their businesses and created exponential growth. Clients represented typically were in the $3m to $25m revenue band and spanned 35+ verticals.

  In the course of his career, Mr. Seal has held CEO, President, Executive Director, Senior Management and Partner Level positions for over 32 years, overseeing sales and marketing departments and for the last 15 years has owned RainMaker Solutions Ltd., a consulting firm focused on business development and growing revenues for small businesses where he acted as interim Senior Level management for many of my clients including the titles listed above.

  Mr. Seal has extensive experience in Business Development and Sales Management having secured booked revenue in the millions for his clients. He has overseen sales teams locally, regionally and nationwide ranging from 5- 1000’s representatives and developed, recruited and managed dozens of sales channels nationwide. Mr Seal has created a specialty expertise by formulating a business model that replicates or can “cookie-cutter” a business for rapid expansion. He is very adept at multi-channel sales chains, franchising, licensing deals, resellers, and channel partner selling. His largest single sales effort was growing a National sales group to over 4500 contractors representing 49 states in 18 months.

  As a very successful consultant over the last 15 years Mr. Seal has worked with over 35 specific verticals, industries and business segments. He has gained a great deal of experience in leading companies to new levels of performance and has worked very closely with Entrepreneurs, Managers and Owners achieving their goals for growth. 

  In 2015 Mr. Seal formed Corporate Holdings Group LLC. (CHG LLC) which is a holding company specifically designed to provide C-level management expertise, funding, market/valuation growth and exit strategies to small closely held businesses in the $3m to $25m revenue range. CHG LLC takes over as an operating company with Mr. Seal performing as an interim CEO/COO to grow the target companies market valuation and to execute a strategy for a merger, acquisition, strategic partnership or outright sale.
